The Brazilian Academy of Fashion expresses its deep sadness at the passing of the academic, great costume artist, Rosa Magalhães. Rosa was a prominent figure in the Brazilian carnival with her talent, originality and historical knowledge, winning several titles and victories in the samba schools of Rio de Janeiro. The Academy and its members, in consternation, pay their respects to Rosa Magalhães and mourn her loss, an absence that will forever be felt in Brazilian fashion, carnival, the visual arts and history. O Grupo Oliwer Martino, liderado por Marlos Oliwer, lançou em 25 de abril a coleção de óculos “Zuzu Angel: Olhares de Liberdade” uma coleção autoral da marca de óculos Oliwer Martino, e também inaugurou uma exposição homônima na Praça Central do Brasil, em Curvelo.
